Netrokona Barhatta Today, September 08 at 10 am, an introduction and exchange of views meeting of the leaders of the Chemists and Druggists Association Netrokona district and upazila branches was held at the Upazila Muktijoddha Complex Bhaban. Under the chairmanship of Abdur Rouf and moderated by Md. Mahbubur Rahman (Panna), the meeting was addressed by Khandaker Hafsa Nazneen, Drug Superintendent, Netrokona district and Abdur Rouf.

Bangladesh Chemists and Druggists Association Netrokona district branch convened by Md. Abdul Mannaf, Bangladesh Chemists and Druggists Association, Barhatta Upazila Sub-branch, organized by: Barhatta Upazila Sub-branch of Bangladesh Chemists and Druggists Association. Executive members Masud Alam Fakir, Md. Mahbubur Rahman Panna, Hiron, Bajon, Russell Ahmed, various leaders of the upazila level delivered speeches.

The speakers presented various demands in their speeches. Later, after discussing among the leaders, various decisions were taken unanimously, including the sale of medicines at a 5% discount on the government-determined price in the public interest, preservation of medicine purchase memos, stopping the sale of low-quality medicines, stopping the sale of counterfeit medicines, identifying shops without licenses, and forming a separate committee related to the implementation of price determination, with Md. Abdul Mannaf as the convener, Barhatta Upazila Sub-branch, and Md. Mahbubur Rahman (Panna), joint convener, for the supervision of illegal medicines and unlicensed shops.
