The Department of Consumer Rights Protection has conducted a drive at two private hospitals and diagnostic centers in Baliadangi Upazila of Thakurgaon. On Saturday, at 4 pm, the drive was conducted at the Healthcare Digital Diagnostic Center in front of the Upazila Health Complex and the Baliadangi Central Hospital and Digital Diagnostic Center next to the police station.
Assistant Director of the Department of Consumer Rights Protection ASM Masud Uddaula fined two institutions Tk 13,000 in Baliadangi, Thakurgaon for excessive fees and mismanagement of the examination. At that time, he warned the two institutions and set a time of six months to prepare all the documents including the license.
