On the occasion of the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election-2026, a huge election rally was held on Thursday (January 29) afternoon at the Chatal of Dolayar, adjacent to the Hafiziya Madrasa field in Jagdal Bazar, at the initiative of the 5th Sujalpur Union BNP of Birganj Upazila and its affiliates.
The rally was presided over by the President of the 5th Sujalpur Union BNP, Md. Delwar Hossain. The meeting was moderated by the General Secretary of the Union BNP, Md. Abdur Rashid Master. Md. Manjurul Islam, the candidate of the paddy sheaf symbol nominated by the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) for the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election-2026, was present as the chief guest at the rally. Md. Rezwanul Islam Riju, advisor of Dinajpur District BNP, spoke as the special guest.
Also present were former Upazila BNP president Alhaj Abdur Rahim Pradhan, Upazila BNP member Babu Subhash Das, Upazila BNP general secretary Alhaj Md. Zakir Hossain Dhalu, joint general secretary Shawkat Julius Jewel, organizing secretary Mojahedul Islam Maju, Upazila Sramik Dal convener Azharul Islam Raja, district Krishak Dal joint convener Laisur Rahman Lipu, former Upazila Chhatra Dal president Akkas Ali, and leaders of Upazila and Union BNP and its affiliates and associate organizations.
