Surprisingly, the incident is true. After a long 7 years, the Bholahat police rescued the 17-year-old Togbagian girl Ayesha Khatun, the victim of a kidnapping and murder case, alive.

It has been learned through police station sources and the investigator of the case, that the kidnapping and murder case was filed at the Bholahat police station 7 years ago by Aduri Begum, the mother of the rescued Ayesha Khatun. After a long 7 years, after burning a lot of wood and conducting a special operation, the investigating officer of the case, SI Md. Kamal Uddin, based on secret information, rescued the victim Ayesha from the Bholahat BRTC counter on May 3, 2026, on the BRTC bus coming from Rajshahi Alupatti through the source of the investigation officer.

The SI investigating the case said, “I and the locals, especially Ayesha’s mother and father, are happy to have rescued the victim of the kidnapping and murder case, who was known to be dead for a long time, alive.” He then said that Ayesha will be handed over to the plaintiff mother Aduri Begum and her family after completing the paperwork for the case.

When asked about the feelings of Bholahat Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Abdul Barik in this regard, he said that Ayesha, the victim of the kidnapping and murder case, has been rescued alive after a long 7 years. I am very happy about this. Also, I have been jointed in this police station for only a few months.

After my joint, a “lorry” with 8,500 liters of fuel oil and 6 bhut bhuts and a van are being seized and legal proceedings are underway. He also said that with Eid-ul-Azha ahead, all the night coach counter owners were called to the police station last Sunday (03 May 2026) and specific opinions and suggestions were exchanged with them. In the description of Ayesha’s incident, she said that on May 31, 2019, around noon, the victim, Mosha: Ayesha Khatun (17), father: Md. Abul Hossain, mother: Mosha: Aduri Begum, Sang-Khale Alampur, Thana Bholahat, District-Chapainawabganj. She went missing from her father’s house. After searching a lot, the victim’s mother Aduri Begum filed a kidnapping and murder case in the learned court. CR Case No. 95/2023, Section-364/302/109 Penal Code.

After submitting the final report of the case, CR Case No. 199/2024 (Bhola) which is under investigation at Bholahat Police Station. After a long investigation, the said victim Ayesha was rescued from in front of the BRTC counter at Bholahat Dhaka Bus Stand at around 8:15 pm on 03 May 2026. The victim is being interrogated. After the interrogation, the OC said that necessary action will be taken by presenting her before the learned court.
