The speakers at the human chain said that the future generations of Bangladesh are being harmed by the drug menace. If we do not stop it now, the future generations of the country will be immersed in darkness. Almost half of the population in the country is children, adolescents and young people. They are the leaders of the nation in the future. A terrible aggressive addiction called drugs is slowly eating away at our generation.

If someone in a family becomes addicted to drugs, only the members of that family can tell what pain a drug addict is. Therefore, we must immediately arrest the administration and give exemplary punishment to those selling and consuming drugs in the Chandlai Jorbagan area, otherwise the local people will build maximum resistance.
