Dinajpur District Police organized a meeting on law and order at the conference room of the Superintendent of Police’s office. The meeting was presided over by the Honorable Superintendent of Police of Dinajpur District, Mr. Md. Marufat Hussain.
While giving instructions to the Circle Officers of the District Police and Officer-in-Charge of Police Stations, Superintendent of Police Marufat Hussain said that in maintaining the law and order situation in Dinajpur District and ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property, all police members should perform their duties with sincerity, dedication and professionalism.
He especially emphasized on crime suppression, drug control, maintaining traffic discipline, preventing criminal activities and further strengthening people-friendly policing activities. He also instructed the Officer-in-Charge of Police Stations to conduct activities by maintaining regular contact with local public representatives, dignitaries and the general public and gaining the trust of the people.
Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops) Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain, Additional Superintendent of Police (DSB) Mr. Sifat-e-Rabban, district circle officers, police station officers-in-charge and other senior officers of the district police were present in the meeting.
