The convener of the newly formed committee of Bangladesh Diploma Engineering Students Teachers Professional Sangram Parishad, Pabna district, has been Prokou: Md. Rakibul Islam, Senior Vice President of Pabna District of Bangladesh Vocational Teachers Association, and Prokou: Prince Islam Bappi, Junior Instructor of Pabna Polytechnic Institute, has been appointed as the member secretary.
This 171-member committee was formed at Pabna Polytechnic Institute on Thursday, August 28, in the presence of diploma engineering students and teachers of various polytechnic institutes in Pabna district, and diploma engineers working in various departments and businessmen in Pabna district.
The committee formation meeting was presided over by Prokou: Md. Rakibul Hasan, President of Pabna District Branch of Diploma Engineers Association of Bangladesh (DEAB).
It is worth noting that on Saturday, August 30, the Bangladesh Diploma Engineering Students Teachers Professional Sangram Parishad approved the committee with the joint signatures of the central committee convener, Prof. Md. Akheruzzaman, and member secretary, Prof. Md. Imad Uddin.
Recently, this Sangram Parishad is leading the diploma engineers in the ongoing movement in the engineering sector in the country. They are continuing the nationwide movement to implement the 07-point demand.
