A terrible fire broke out in Paniumda Bazar in Nabiganj Upazila of Habiganj. A fire suddenly broke out in a godown on the ground floor of the Agricultural Bank located in the market around 9:15 am on Friday.
Eyewitnesses said that the fire took a terrible shape within a moment and thick smoke started coming out of the godown. Upon receiving the news, two units of the Bahubali Fire Service quickly reached the spot and started working to control the fire. After about two hours of effort, the fire service personnel were able to completely control the fire.
However, no one has yet been able to say anything for sure about how the fire started. The extent of the damage in the fire was also not immediately known.
