A terrorist attack on a mobile phone trader led by the former president of the Baufal Union Chhatra Shibir in Patuakhali has been reported.
The leader of the Shibir is Noman Islam alias Nazim, the former president of the Baufal Upazila Daspara Union Islami Chhatra Shibir. The name of the businessman who was attacked is Md. Shaon Khan, who has a mobile phone shop in the Bazar Road area of Kalaiya Port.
It is learned that the Shibir leader led by 10/12 people attacked the trader. When contacted, the Shibir leader said that the dispute with the trader arose due to a dispute over land.
