A half-day “Workers’ Conference” program was held today from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm at the initiative of the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Rajarhat Upazila Branch. Under the chairmanship of the Honorable Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Rajarhat Upazila Branch, Maulana Md. Kafil Uddin.
The said workers’ conference was attended as the chief guest by the Struggle Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Kurigram District Branch, Maulana Abdul Matin Farooqui, special guests were present, Assistant Secretary of District Jamaat, Mao Abdul Hamid Mia and Principal Shahjalal Sabuj, Jamaat nominated MP candidate for Kurigram 2 constituency Ed. Yasin Ali Sarkar, Md. Daulat Hossain and numerous leaders and activists were present.
During this time, the speakers discussed important issues including current contemporary issues in Bangladesh, elections and organizational guidelines.
The conference was conducted by Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Ed. Ahmed Ali.
