Based on a separate tip-off, a special operation was conducted by Coast Guard Station St. Martin in the sea area adjacent to St. Martin’s Island in Teknaf Police Station on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 4 am. During the operation, a suspicious wooden boat was searched in that area and 6 drug traffickers were arrested along with 1 lakh 20 thousand pieces of Yaba worth about 6 crore taka.
Then, based on a tip-off, a special operation was conducted by Coast Guard Station Teknaf in the Naf River adjacent to Nightangpara under Teknaf Police Station today, Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 4:30 pm. During the operation, a suspicious wooden boat was searched in that area and 2 drug traffickers were arrested along with 30 thousand pieces of Yaba worth about 1 crore 50 lakh taka.
