A farewell and welcome ceremony was held at Tanor Municipality Dakhil Madrasa in Tanor Upazila of Rajshahi district. The ceremony was organized on Wednesday (April 15) at 12 noon in the Madrasa premises. First, the students who participated in the Dakhil examination were welcomed with flowers and the guests handed over their educational materials.
The event was presided over by Tanor Municipality Dakhil Madrasa Superintendent Munsur Rahman and was attended by Abdul Malek Mandal, President of Tanor Municipality Dakhil Madrasa and former President of Chhatra Dal. Special guests were Tanor Municipality Joint Secretary Shariat Ullah, Assistant Superintendent Mahbubul Haque, Fazil Assistant Teacher Sadiqul Islam, Assistant Teacher Golam Rabbani, Assistant Teacher Kawsar Ali, Computer Teacher Safeda Khatun, Managing Committee Member Mostafizur Rahman, Mijazur Rahman Roni, along with dignitaries and leaders of various political parties. Chief guest Abdul Malek told the students, “Remember, you have received religious education along with general education.”

He also said, “I wish you all the best for those who are leaving this institution today for the SSC examination. I wish you to be able to give the SSC examination smoothly.
After completing your education, you will become real people and work for the welfare of the people of the country, this is my wish for you.” All the teachers and all the members of the managing committee of the institution were present at the said event. All the students of the institution were also present. He also said, “It is known that 23 students from this madrasa will take part in the entrance examination this time.”
