Final match of Jagatpur Nagar Football Tournament held

The final game of the football tournament organized by the Jagatpur Nagar Youth Development Association of Burichang Upazila of Comilla was held on August 26 (Tuesday) at 3 pm at the field adjacent to the Jagatpur Nagar Mosque. A festive atmosphere was created in the area surrounding this final game, organized for the first time. The final game was played between Jagatpur Gazi Football XI and Majhibari Friends Club. Majhibari Friends Club defeated Gazi XI by 3-2 goals in the tri-bowl. M Rakib received the Man of the Match award.
The chief guest was former member secretary, Comilla South District BNP Haji Jasim Uddin, and the chief guest was Upazila BNP President ATM Mizanur Rahman Chairman.

Abdul Majed Member presided over the meeting and special guests included Upazila BNP General Secretary Kabir Hossain, Joint Secretary Md. Kamal Hossain, Organizing Secretary Humayun Kabir Babul, Senior Vice President Abdur Rahim, Sadar Union BNP President Farid Member, General Secretary Latif Member, Youth Union Member Secretary Jabed Kausar Sabuj, General Secretary Delwar Hossain Dolan, BRDB Chairman Kabir Hossain Bhuiyan, Upazila Chhatra Dal Former General Secretary Amir Hamza Arun, Upazila BNP Hospitality Secretary Md. Haji Sohel.

The event was organized by Engineer Imon Nagar under the direction of Upazila Jubo Dal member Mustafa Kamal, with commentators Russel of RA Media, Sunny Media, M Kamal and others present in the campaign. Referee Iqbal Master, Delwar of Burichang Health Complex, Youth League leader Aminur Rahman Babu, Shamim and others were also present.

There was a festive atmosphere on the field, and the spectators showed great interest in the final. Supporters came to the field with banners, posters, flags and drums to encourage the team. The organizers said that special security measures have been taken for the final. Members of the Nagar Volunteer Committee worked to maintain a festive atmosphere and order on the field.
