The final match of the 8-team football game organized by Dharmagarh and Kashipur Gana Sanghati Andolan of Ranishankail Upazila of Thakurgaon was held on August 17 (Sunday) at 5 pm.
On the way to Thakurgaon, the Chief Coordinator of Gana Sanghati Andolan, Jonayed Saki, along with the traveling editorial board member Bachchu Bhuiyan, held a view-exchange meeting at the district office at 4 pm under the chairmanship of District Gana Sanghati Andolan Convener Ashraful Islam and the moderator of Member Secretary Rabiul Islam.
Later, the Maharaja Hat Football Academy and Dhani Basti Football Final match at Dharmagarh D, K College ground were present as the chief guest and inaugurated the game and handed over the prizes to the winning and runner-up teams.
In the final match, Dhani Basti won by 2/0 goals and Maharaja Hat became the runner-up.
