The visa message has informed that birth tourism (coming to the United States with the aim of obtaining American citizenship for the child) is not permitted on a B1/B2 visitor visa.
It is not permitted to work for a fee from any US employer or business. Studying for a degree or institutional credit is not permitted. In addition, working in exchange for a fee is also not permitted.
