Joypurhat District Kalai Upazila Government Food Warehouse Coolie Workers Union Biennial Election 2025 was held on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 10:00 am on the 2nd floor of Kalai Upazila Model Mosque.
Md. Abdul Aziz, A, K, M Mahfuzar Rahman and Md. Humayun Kabir were present as the presiding officers in the Kalai Government Food Warehouse Coolie Workers Union Biennial Election, along with the LSD of this food warehouse and SI of Kalai Police Station Md. Tofail, Md. Asaduzzaman were present.
In the biennial elections of Kalai Government Food Warehouse Coolie Workers Union, Md. Rezau Islam, Md. Rezaul contested for the post of President, Md. Fazlur Rahman Sweet for the post of General Secretary, Md. Sobhan Fakir for the post of Treasurer, Md. Salman, Md. Rashedul for the post of Working Member, Md. Quddus, Md. Babu for the post of Working Member. Out of these, Md. Rezaul was elected as President, Md. Sobhan was elected as General Secretary, and Md. Salman Fakir was elected as Treasurer.
It is known from the election committee president Md. Munna Fakir, Md. Sujan and Rabbani that the election was held fairly. They want to see the next election in a fair manner.
