Eid Reunion, Achievement Reception and Pleasant Cultural Evening-2026 were held grandly at the initiative of the Lahiri young generation on Sunday (March 22, 2026). The event organized at the Lahiri Multipurpose High School grounds created a festive atmosphere with the spontaneous participation of people from all walks of life in the area.
Thakurgaon-2 constituency MP Dr. Md. Abdus Salam was present as the chief guest at the event. Abu Hayat Nurunnabi, former Organizing Secretary, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Thakurgaon District Branch, was present as the guest of honor.
Faizul Islam (Hiru), former Vice President, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Baliadangi Upazila Branch and Galladhikari, Green Field Tree Industries Limited, spoke as the main discussant.
The program was presided over by Md. Zillur Rahman, Headmaster, Lahiri Bahumukhi High School and Member Secretary, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Baliadangi Upazila Branch.

At the beginning of the program, the participants gathered together and enjoyed a joyful time through Eid reunion. Later, meritorious students of the area were felicitated. Finally, the program became more lively with a pleasant cultural performance.
Asif and Anik served as the main organizers of the program. The entire program was hosted by Saima Sharmi and Al Farabi Bibhor.
The organizers said that such social and cultural events will continue in the future by involving the younger generation.
