A mobile court has been conducted in the Hatubhanga area of Mirzanagar Union in Raipura Upazila of Narsingdi on charges of producing food products without a license.
The raid was conducted at Prabhati Food and Beverage Industries Limited at 3 pm today, Monday (August 25). During this time, evidence was found that the company was producing various food products without a license.
The BSTI Narsingdi inspector filed a prosecution in the name of one person under the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution Act, 2018. Later, as the crime was proven, the mobile court fined the company Tk 25,000. In addition, some products were seized and immediately destroyed.
The mobile court was conducted by Raipura Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Munmun Pal.
