Mymensingh Superintendent of Police (SP) Kazi Akhtar ul Alam has set an unprecedented humanitarian example. He has expressed his interest in taking overall responsibility for the two orphaned children of journalist Tuhin, who was found guilty of brutal property murder.
This great initiative of the SP has created widespread praise and stir among people from all walks of life, including journalists. Journalist Tuhin was brutally murdered at the Chandana intersection in Gazipur. His untimely and brutal death has cast a shadow of darkness over the family, especially his two unborn children. When concerns about the future of these two children were growing after losing their father, District Superintendent of Police Kazi Akhtar ul Alam has come forward as a ray of hope.
SP Kazi Akhtar ul Alam has personally taken the responsibility of educating and providing them with food and clothing. In this regard, SP Kazi Akhtar ul Alam said, Tuhin was a journalist dedicated to the society. His untimely demise is very painful.
But I want his innocent children not to lose their way. I want them to be well-educated and develop into worthy citizens of the society.
