SSC friends’ gathering and iftar mahfil held in Rupganj

A grand iftar and prayer mahfil of SSC batch friends was held in Rupganj, Narayanganj, to reminisce about their memorable childhood and to strengthen the unbreakable bond of friendship. The gathering was held on Saturday (10th Ramadan) at the traditional Government Murapara Pilot High School grounds of the upazila. An emotional atmosphere was created as long-time familiar faces came closer to each other.

The Iftar gathering was attended by Chanchal, Sabbir, Murad, Saim, Nafiz, Habibullah Mir, Shafiqul, Saikat, Rabbi, Rana, Aladin, Naim, Nazrul, Rafsan, Sajeeb, Faisal, Rabbi, Siam, Roman, Khaled, Rajan, Liton, Sunny, Rana, Bijoy, Emon, Rimon, Arbin, Zaidul, Shraban, Nadim, Tajrir, Jewel, Matiur, Raihan, Jasim, Kayez, Rakib, Habibur, Al Jabir, Zahid Hassan Roni, Riyad, Robin, Roman, Alamin, Rifat, Khairul, Nahid, Badhan, Sajeeb, Parvez, Fahim, Russell, Saiful, Sagar, Ahad, Lipu Aziz, Al-Amin, Manik, Zubair, Russell, Nijhum, Suman. and Pappu and many other friends.

​At the beginning of the event, the friends exchanged greetings with each other and reminisced about their old school life. These moments spent with childhood friends, forgetting the fatigue of a busy life, provided extra joy to everyone.

​A special prayer meeting was held just before Iftar. During the prayer, special prayers were offered to seek forgiveness for the souls of all the friends of the friends who have already gone to the land of no return. In addition, prayers were offered to the Almighty Allah for the good health, long life and further prosperity of all those who are alive today.

​The organizing friends informed that even though we have moved away from each other due to the busyness of mechanical life, the pull of the heart is always unbreakable. Such an event will further strengthen our bond of mutual brotherhood and we will be able to work together for social welfare in the future.

After the prayer, all the friends present had Iftar together and declared the event over by expressing their hope to organize such reunions on a larger scale in the future.
