Similar to the whole country, the Madhyamik School Certificate (SSC) 2026, submission and vocational examinations have started today in Chuadanga district from Tuesday. Candidates are participating in the examination in total 29 centers of 4 upazilas of the district following very strict safety and hygiene rules. A festive atmosphere was observed in the presence of examinees and parents in the centers on the first day itself.
According to the information received from the district administration sources, a total of 11 thousand 765 students are appearing for the examination in Chuadanga district this year. Among them, the number of general SSC candidates is the highest.
The pattern of 29 centers across the district is as follows: General SSC: Total 8 thousand 972 in 19 centres.
SSC and Dakhil (Vocational): 1 thousand 642 in 5 centres. Dakhil (Madrasa): 1 thousand 152 people in 5 centers.

Damurhuda Pilot High School (444), Pilot Girls’ School (443) in Damurhuda Upazila, Memnagar B.D. Secondary School (311), Darshana Girls’ School (344), Karpasdanga Secondary School (271) and Karpasdanga Girls’ School (327).
Jibannagar Thana Pilot Secondary School (396), Government Pilot Girls’ School (180), Andulbaria Secondary School (260), Utholi Girls’ School (228) and Manoharpur Secondary School (184) in Jibannagar Upazila.
A large number of students from vocational stream are participating this year in the expansion of technical education. Out of this, 435 students in Chuadanga Technical School and College and 366 students in Jeevannagar Government Technical School and College are taking the exam in a total of 5 centers. On the other hand, Dakhil examination is being held in 5 centers including District Chuadanga Kamil Madrasa and Alamdanga Alim Madrasa.
The district administration has adopted a ‘zero tolerance’ policy to conduct the examination in a fair and cheating-free environment.
Prohibition: Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code has been issued within 200 yards of every examination centre. Entry of unauthorized persons within these boundaries is strictly prohibited.
Digital Devices: The use of mobile phones or electronic devices by anyone other than the Central Secretary is prohibited. Even Union Secretaries are allowed to use only normal (non-Android) phones.
Photocopying closed: Strict instructions have been given to close all photocopying machine shops in the district during the examination period to prevent leakage of question papers.
Considering the physical fitness of the examinees, special health care teams have been formed at each center under the leadership of the Civil Surgeon. Candidates are searched before entering the center and the use of general scientific calculators is strictly prohibited, although the use of programming calculators is strictly prohibited.
Adequate police personnel are deployed at each center and Executive Magistrates are visiting the centers regularly. It has been informed by the district administration that the mobile court will be active all the time to prevent any kind of irregularity.
