On the occasion of the birthday of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, a prayer mahfil was organized by the Jatiyatabadi Projonmo Dal Santhia Upazila branch.
On Saturday (August 16) evening, the Jatiyatabadi Projonmo Dal Santhia Upazila branch organized the prayer mahfil at the party office under the initiative of Haji Yunus Ali, under the chairmanship of Jatiyatabadi Projonmo Dal Santhia Upazila branch president Abul Basar and under the direction of Jahangir Alam Selim. Haji Yunus Ali, a BNP nomination aspirant for the 68, Pabna-1 parliamentary constituency, was present as the chief guest.
Present at the time were Akhtaruzzaman Khokon, joint convener of Santhia Upazila BNP, Abul Kalam Azad, municipal BNP leader, SM Masudur Rahman, municipal Jubo Dal convener, Ashiq Iqbal Russell, BNP leader Moniruzzaman Sumon, upazila convener of Matsajibi Dal, Manik Hossain, etc.
Prayers were offered for the recovery and good health of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman. Leaders and activists from different levels of the party participated in the prayer mahfil.
