Voting at dawn. On this occasion, the administration has completed all preparations for holding elections in the two parliamentary constituencies of Chuadanga district. All necessary election materials including ballot papers, ballot boxes, seals have been sent to 354 polling stations in the district.
In the presence of a large number of law enforcement officers, the concerned Upazila Assistant Returning Officers formally handed over these election materials to the presiding officers. Later, the voting materials were delivered to the centers under strict security guarded by the army.
There are a total of 354 polling stations in the two parliamentary constituencies of Chuadanga district and the total number of voters in Chuadanga 01 constituency is 506324, 56324 males, 249736 females, 256581 females and 07 transsexuals.
The total number of voters in Chuadanga 02 constituency is 487254, 487254. There are 242,500 males, 244,747 females and 04 transgenders. It has been reported from the relevant sources.
Law enforcement officers have already taken up positions at the polling stations around the election. Strict security measures have been tightened to ensure that voters can exercise their voting rights without any hindrance. The administration hopes that the voting will be completed in a peaceful environment.
